I am so overwhelmed by the amount of love and passion I am receiving from all of you through twitter and fan mail. I love Emily as much as you all do and I also am sad to see her journey end. I wish I could respond to each and every comment and question, but the truth is, it is exhausting! After seeing my twitter this morning I felt I should write a quick note to you all.
Emily will always have a special place in my heart. Flawed as she at times was, she was a part of me and a product of me and our wonderful writers. Now I, just like the show, am moving on to new and wonderful things.
Thank you, for your undying love and support as I transition as an actress and as a woman to this new exciting part of my life and my career. You lift me up! I promise I will give you another “Emily” to love and root for.
